Jan has many years (over 20) as a teacher working with young adults who are neurodivergent and with learning difficulties. Jan has 2 adult sons and a granddaughter who steals her away on Mondays a fur baby named Arthur and a partner in David. Jan is a runner and its nothing for her to do a 10 km run and then a swim in the ocean everyday. She's passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Kym brings over seven years of experience to the disability sector, having worked within DES and NDIS services helping people overcome barriers to employment. As a job coach driven by purpose, she specialises in empowering people to find and keep meaningful work, finding it incredibly rewarding when her clients achieve their goals. Outside of work, Kym manages a busy household with a husband, three young adult children, and two fur babies, Charlie and Lola. To recharge, she loves getting outdoors; finding time to ride, walk in nature, and swim fills her soul.
Bec is an Autistic advocate who’s passionate about making the world a more inclusive place for people with disabilities — especially when it comes to employment and education. Having taken part in programs like those offered at EquallyU, she’s seen first-hand how the right support can change lives. It’s what inspires her to give back and help others on their own journey. She’s part of the team at Amaze, supporting Autistic people and their families as a Specialist Autism Advisor.
