Job Customisation & Matching - Working with employers we can assist in tailoring a role to your strengths, and assisting with the reasonable adjustments with your employer to ensure that you keep your job. We help overcome disability-related barriers that may have led to unsuccessful employment attempts in the past.
Intensive Coaching - One-on-one sessions with an experienced job coach preparing and coaching you for interviews, resumes, and on-the-job support during probation. Provides the high-level, individualised support needed for ongoing successful employment.
